Geo Cell Extrusion Line
Geocell Production Line is used to produce plastic geocell, which is a kind of geo-product with alveolate and three-dimensional structure which processed the thermoplastic sheet by the ultrasonic welding machine and other methods.
Its special three-dimensional structure makes it possible to form the different viscous force, also reinforcing bar intensity and available in various thickness of cushion.
It is widely used in the fields of the reinforcing of railway, strengthening roadbed, protect of field bank, building of earth protection wall, to build smart slopes , garden/park walk way and so on.
Production Flow: Materials Feeding Extruder Melt – Extrusion T-Die – Polishing stack – Cooling frame and trimming Haul-off – Punching Unit -Puller -Cutting
